Lead times

  • Carts: built to order, ships in 3 to 5 weeks.
  • We build it service: add 2 to 3 weeks.
  • Plumbing systems, kits and parts: ship the next business day.

Cost

  • Free shipping across the contiguous US.
  • Carts ship by freight. We schedule a delivery window with you.
  • Alaska, Hawaii and international: we quote freight at cost. Reach out before ordering.

Tracking

You get tracking by email the day your order leaves the shop. Freight deliveries include a scheduling call so someone is there to receive the cart.

Common questions

Can I pick it up in Chicago?
Yes. Local pickup is free. Choose it at checkout and we will email you when your build is ready.
What if something arrives damaged?
Freight damage is rare, but if it happens, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. We ship replacement parts right away, no charge.
Do you ship internationally?
We can. Because carts ship by freight, we quote it at cost per destination. Reach out and we will sort it before you order.
