Lifetime
The aluminum frame. It will not rust, warp or rot. If a frame member ever fails under normal use, we replace it.

Pumps, heaters, rinsers and other components against defects in materials and workmanship.
90 days
Wear parts like gaskets, hoses and filters. After that they are cheap to replace and always in stock.
What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. That includes the frame, panels, hardware and the components we supply.
What's not
- Normal wear on consumable parts past 90 days.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications we did not make.
- Espresso machines and grinders carry their own manufacturer warranty, which we register for you.
Built to repair
Every part bolts on and off, and we stock all of them. Most fixes are a part in the mail and a few minutes with an allen key, not a service call. That is the whole point of building it this way.
How to make a claim
Email us with your order number and a photo. We will confirm and ship a replacement part, usually the next business day.
